Poodle Puppies

The Poodle has a storied history with origins dating back to the 17th century. The Poodle is called Pudel in German and Caniche in French and is bred as a water dog. Poodles were originally bred as hunting dogs for waterfowl. Poodles are incredibly intelligent and trainable, so they were often used in circus shows where they perform tricks like walking on tightropes and magic performances. Poodles are pretty athletic and need to be active to have a fulfilled life. Thanks to their breeding history, Poodles naturally take to water activities and enjoy spending time near water.

Moyen Poodles are very family-friendly. They are a great size for children because they are not small but they are not big either. They love their people and are gentle.

Standard Poodle

Standard Poodles are intelligent, trainable, and protective. Our standards have a light, springy gait and excel with proper training.

Poodles are good-natured dogs and are always up for making their owners laugh. Poodle owners find their pups become members of the family almost instantly due to their love of people and loyalty. Poodles are perfect family dogs because they can quickly train, love children, and enjoy running and playing. Socialization is essential to Poodles as they love being with other dogs and humans. Due to their loyal, loving nature, Poodles prefer to be with their owners instead of being kenneled for long periods.

Poodles are active and highly agile. Poodles can jump quite high, so you need to make sure you have a sturdy fence around your yard that they cannot jump over!

Poodle coats come in various colors, including white, red, parti, black, brown, cream, gray, silver beige, and more! Poodles have curly coats that need brushing to keep them from matting.
