Teacup cavapoos, mini cavapoos, and micro cavapoos puppies are wonderful family dogs. Cavapoo puppies come in various sizes, colors, and temperaments. We work hard to provide well behaved beautiful puppies that families and individuals can love and cherish for years to come!

A cavapoo is a cross between a King Charles Cavalier and a Poodle. The two breeds were chosen specifically to complement one another. The poodle was chosen for its soft, hypoallergenic coat and the King Charles cavalier for its pleasant disposition and family friendliness. Both are highly intelligent breeds, which ensures that they are great for training. Therefore you’ll be getting much more than just a dog, but a fluffy companion for life.

Cavapoo Health Expectations
The low-shedding Cavapoo is a great companion dog whose small stature makes him a perfect fit for apartment dwellers, seniors, and singles who like to include their pooch in all things social. A gentle nature means this indoor dog is a terrific family pet that does well with older kids who can be taught to appreciate his smaller size. Longer, floppy ears mean this breed can be prone to ear infections and regular cleaning is essential. Similarly, his teeth should be brushed regularly – daily if you can – with a vet-approved pet toothpaste. Small dogs are especially prone to periodontal disease.
Cavapoo Life Expectancy
The Cavapoo has an average lifespan of 10 to 15 years.
Cavapoo, Allergies, And Coats
Cavapoos usually have short, soft, and wavy coats. They require weekly brushing; although, they are somewhat less prone to shedding, which is why some allergy sufferers do well with them. The more percentage of Poodle, the better chances of no shedding and allergies. A first generation Cavapoo is 50% Cavalier and 50% Poodle. This means that they will likely still have some shedding as a result of the higher percentage of Cavalier.

When you get to the second generation Cavapoo, they are typically called an F1B. An F1B is the child of an F1 Cavapoo and a Poodle. An F1B Cavapoo has 75% Poodle and 25% Cavalier.

The poodle’s coat is what makes the cavapoo as hypoallergenic and non-shedding. So, having an F1B Cavapoo that has 75% poodle, means that you are going to have less shedding than you would typically have with an F1 Cavapoo.

An F1BB Cavapoo is the child of an F1B Cavapoo and a Poodle. An F1BB Cavapoo will have 87.5% Poodle and 12.5% Cavalier King Charles Spaniel.

These Cavapoo puppies are even less likely to shed than the F1B, but both are considered to be ideal when looking for a puppy that is hypoallergenic.

F2B teacup Cavapoo puppies are the second generation from an F1B Cavapoo and another Cavapoo.

These teacup Cavapoo puppies are sometimes also referred to as multi-gen or multigenerational Cavapoos. All this means is that the Cavapoo was born to a parent that was also a Cavapoo. Conclusively, if you’re looking for a puppy that will have little to no-shedding, be extremely smart, fairly easy to train, and provide loving companionship, then looking for an F1B micro Cavapoo or an F2B teacup Cavapoo would be ideal!

The Cavapoo has an average lifespan of 10 to 15 years.

Teacup Cavapoo Puppies
We are often asked if there are more health problems with teacup or micro Cavapoos, because of the father being a mini or toy poodle. Mini and teacup Cavapoos are generally actually healthier! What most people don’t know is that all small and toy breeds originally were bred down in size from larger dogs. Teacup Cavapoo puppies actually have fewer health problems and typically live longer. The smaller Cavapoos, like the teacup Cavapoo, have fewer health problems because they share less of the same bad genetic traits. In fact, that’s true about most dogs; smaller dogs generally live longer than larger dogs.
